Nothing says spring for me like those beautiful yellow daffodils blooming. But (sigh,) not here, not yet. In fact, this is what I woke up to this morning.
While there isn't much of it, it's still snow, and it's still cold! YUCK! On the bright side, we didn't get the 5" that was in the forecast, just the 1".

I live in Northern Indiana...east of South Bend. My back patio looks like your deck. My daylily are peaking out, but they are next to the foundation of the house. Must be warm there.

Spring is just around the corner! I was out for a walk yesterday and the mistletoe is even in bloom down here in Tx! I think I got a good picture of it for my next post.
