Moda Shuffle Sampler Progress

I've made 7 more blocks for my Moda Shuffle Sampler quilt.  If you remember from the last time I posted back in January, I had all 30 of the blocks completed that Moda gave instructions for.  But also if you remember correctly, I'm making mine twin size rather than throw size.  So I needed 18 more blocks.   You can see some of the other blocks here.  You can also see more blocks here and here.

These are the latest blocks.  They will finish 6" in the quilt.

It's a challenge to find bright prints with a black background and to vary the brights that go with them.  I really wanted to be able to use 48 different prints for the 48 blocks but I was too impatient and repeated some of the prints a couple of times.   However, when I switch up the coordinating color it's not so obvious I repeated.

Moda only provided 2 applique blocks so to even things out a little, I'll add two more applique blocks.  My plan to to put them in each of the 4 corners of the quilt.  I'm anxious to get this one finished but alas, work calls and I can't play all the time.  (sigh)  I have customer quilts to quilt and patterns to design, and samples to make, and blog hops to prepare for.  What the heck am I doing on here?  I gotta get busy!
Happy Saturday!
