I think it turned out very nice. It's made from a charm pack (5" squares) and some background yardage.
The quilting was quite easy with my Statler Stitcher. This is the pattern I programmed and placed around the star. It's actually called a p2p (point to point) pattern that is placed by clicking on the triangle points.
And this is how it looks stitched out.
Then I placed this pattern in the star.
And its all stitched out.
Now for the four patch unit. This is actually all one pattern but looks like 4 separate ones.
The backing is just as neat as the front. It could easily be a reversible quilt.
I hope they do well with this sweet little donation quilt.
