My nephew showed up on Christmas Eve afternoon and wanted to know if Grandma (my mom) and I could help him paint a saying on a gift for his mom. This is his inspiration photo...
This is his cross....
It's not attached to the wood yet. He was thinking ahead and thought it would be easier to paint the letters on a flat surface. What a smart kid!
We went to the computer and printed out our words
Then we went back to our grade school days and we used a pencil and created our own graphite paper on the back side of the word.
Then I traced on top of the lettering that was placed on the wood.
We used this paint pen the paint the words we traced.
I think it looks pretty darn awesome! Too bad I'm not his mom! I want one too!
