It's time to pick a winner from the Black Cat Crossing Blog Hop.  Some lucky reader will win this sign

Random number generator picked this number

And this is comment #42

Great quilt - I love the setting (I live next door to a churchyard!)

Congratulations Gill... Be watching for an email from me.

Yesterday and today have been a much needed rainy, drizzly kind of day.  This is the view from my studio and my short walk to the house

I've finally been able to get into the studio a little.  As you know, I was whining earlier about having to clean, and purge, and sort, and.... I wasn't a very happy Queen.  I'm still cleaning, and purging but I'm doing in between quilting and doing it in the evening.  No one should have this much junk stuff!  I'm now at the point that I'm "hiding" things to "declutter" and make the house "un-personal".  I hate this part.  I know it helps sell the house but at the same time, I don't get it either.  I can go look at a house and see my things in there, not someone else's.  But I realize not everyone can do that.  Soo... down come the pictures and my "collections" of stuff.  We've rented a storage unit... 10x12' ... and it's almost full.  Ugh!

  1. Lucky Gill, it's a great giveaway!! I remember getting the house ready to put on the market and I don't envy you. We tend to have a lot of stuff....
