One of the perks of going to Quilt Market is being able to get a sneak peak at the quilts hanging for International Quilt Festival in Houston. Of course, none of the quilts have any ribbons on them yet. My favorite display this year was the Ruby Jubilee.
The quilts are absolutely breath taking!
There were even some mini's
Of course you knew I'd take a picture of something red/white/blue
The most interesting, and most talked about quilt was this one. Looking straight on it's Oprah....
Walking past to the right it's Mother Teresa....
And walking to the left it's Jaqueline Kennedy...
the red and whites remind me what was in new york a couple years ago...some of these quilts look very familiar.....the oprah, mother teresa and Jacqueline...really something else....wow....you took some lovely photos..thank you so much for the lovely view
