I didn't get as much done as I would have liked to. I was feeling a bit under the weather this weekend. Thursday I ignored the fact that I felt like a truck had ran over me and the rest of the weekend it was really hard to ignore that I still felt that way. My bestie's took pity on my on Saturday evening and drove to town to get me some cough medicine and cough drops. The rest of the group got a lot more done than what I'm showing you but this was all the pictures I took. Can't wait for our next one in January 2014.

QUILT RETREAT
One of the quilt groups I belong to "Loose Threads" went on our tri-annual retreat to Wimberley Quilt Ranch. Needless to say, we had lots of fun, a relaxing, beautiful weekend, and lots of sewing. Our numbers were smaller this time as Angela and Sheila were not able to join us. Here are some of the projects completed this weekend.
Jan got the center of her hexi quilt done. Donna and I both have the same kit but sorry, you won't see ours this time.
And this is the store front of the Sweet Shop I am making for my sweet Josie girl. This plus the other 3 sides will be sewn together and fit over a card table. Won't Christmas be fun this year at our house. It still needs a door.
And the last project is a Christmas Tree Skirt for my sister. It's called "Super Easy Strata Star" and it was super easy.
