I was a very bad girl queen today!  It's all Pauline's fault. (I have to blame someone you know!)  She emailed me earlier in the week wanting to know when we were going on a Shop Hop Road Trip; that the Quilt Across Texas Shop hop was going on.  So we left on our adventure this morning, visited 5 shops in the Austin TX area, and was home in time to eat dinner with our hubbies this evening.  Now that's some power shopping!

Our first stop was B & B Quilting in Buda TX.  It is one of my favorite shops!  I love their selection and I love all the ladies that work there.  They are so nice and friendly and helpful.  Then it was on the Quilter's Folly in Austin where I really had to refrain from being a really, really bad girl.  They had this Hello Kitty Sewing Machine that my granddaughter needs.  However, it will be 3 years before she can learn to use it since she's on her way to Japan in just a few short days. ;(  I still may get it.  It was a Janome and on sale for $199!

From there we went to the Honey Bee Quilt Shop In Austin and then on to Bernina Ready to Sew in Cedar Park; which by the way was going out of business - which results in me being a really bad girl.  Our last stop was Poppy Quilt & Sew in Georgetown, TX.  Below are some of my purchases, in no particular order.
Since we were on the Quilt Across Texas Shop Hop, we had to buy the feature fabrics, right?

And everyone knows I have a weakness for Texas Themed fabrics.

And I know you know I'm a sucker for anything red, white, and blue.  Doesn't this red stripe fabric look like a waving flag.  Oh, look... a red, white, and blue pattern AND it's Texas!  Using the lil twister ruler.  I can't wait to make this.

More fabrics for mom's quilt.

More fat quarters for my Halloween 1904 quilt that someday I'll get to.

Fabric for a fall table runner for my sister Rhonda that she has been asking me for for months!  And last, but certainly not least the backing for my Generals Wives BOM and the backing for another red, white, and blue quilt.  I forgot to take a picture of the backing fabrics and I'm tired and lazy so you'll just have to imagine seeing them.  I cringe to think what all these additions are going to do to my numbers in the Sunday Stash Stats report.!  Yikes!
