I usually have the hardest time naming quilts.  It is one area I seem to be lacking creativity in.  Probably because it involves "english" instead of "math".  Some might agree when they ready my blog posts, which is why I like to post pictures with them; so you won't get bored with the reading that sometimes lacks creativity.

Anyway, back to the quilt names... the last couple of days those quilt names have just come quite easy.  I designed a simple quilt using a jelly roll and a charm pack out of the Wildflowers V collection and I called it "Willow City Loop".  And then there's another quilt I'm working on that has 12 blocks of bluebonnets in it and I'm calling it "A Tribute to Lady Bird Johnson".  And then on the way home, while listening to the radio, an old song came on and I thought perfect, that would be a great quilt name for one of my Texas Quilts.  Funny thing is, I haven't designed it yet.  But I wrote it down so I wouldn't forget it.  Wonder if I'll be able to find the paper I wrote it on when I do design the quilt.  Or better yet, wonder if I will remember what it means when I run across a piece of paper that says "Miles and Miles of Texas".  Maybe I'd better go add a comment under it to remind me.
