This weekend I got to make a "Sugar Run" to Nevada, Missouri and see both of my granddaughters.  My dear hubby's assistant is being transferred to the 3M Springfield, MO plant and needed to make a quick run to take a load of things that wouldn't or couldn't go on the moving truck.  Since my hometown is so close to Springfield, the light bulb came on.  Hmmm.... I think I need to tag along with her, keep her company and get some lovin from my babies.

It was a fast and furious trip.  We left on Friday around noon, arrived around 8:00 p.m. Friday evening, picked up 3 year old Raleigh, spend the rest of the evening and all day Saturday with her.  She spent the night with Nana again on Sat. evening and her momma picked her up this morning at 7:00 a.m. when I left to head back to reality Brownwood.  Josie's (who is only 3 months old) mom and dad brought her in to see Nana for several hours Sat. afternoon and oh yeah, I also had a great visit with my daughter, sister, and parents.  I drove most of the way back home and fought the wind the whole way but it was worth every minute! With a princess like Raleigh and an Angel like Josie, I'm sure you'll agree.
